Cool News..................
Bob came home last Saturday afternoon. He is ready to leave today, a week later. :(
We had fun. He surprised me and took me to Embassy Suites in the Springs for an overnight. I had always wanted to show him how cool an E.S. was. The free drink time, the greenery all over, the free breakfast in the morning. The bed was so comfy. It was fun.. We also went to Camping World, Michael's, Wal-Mart, Ross, the Accountant, the Financial guy, and just had fun bein together.
Here is the really great news...Last year we got a loan for a 24 foot JayCo
camping trailer. That is what Bob takes to the jobs all over, and stays in. He saves about 2/3's of what a motel room costs. Well, a mere few months later Bob has PAID OFF the trailer and it is ours!. Yes I said months. I am very proud that Bob is taking such care of our money now. It is so wonderful. Retirement, Life Insurance. Its so cool to see how far he has come. I think God had a lot to do there.
We will celebrate 10 yrs of marriage 'May 10' of this year. Wow. It's a lot to celebrate. He is off to Texas, this afternoon. He will be takin Pilgrim with for the company. I wish he'd take some of the chickens. HaHa.
We have been getting about 20 eggs a day now. I need more egg cartons. We are planning to get our own made. Custom made. Cool. So life is fun. Please pray for Bob's safety on the road and at the job. And me for the bein alone stuff. God Bless......love, Gail

Sunday Funday........
Sunday. I was late getting to church today because I went to the pasture where the cows are and there was a little, black, bull, baby just a couple hours old. He is so cute. I named him Benny. Don't know why. He looks like a Benny. His momma is a big red Angus. I noticed she has 6 utters. Whoa 6? Yes. So Benny is outside with momma.
I have been getting lots of eggs lately from our chickens. And TODAY...we got our very first aqua colored egg from our araconna(sp) hens. They have green legs and the prettiest rust, brown, and blueish feathers. So I am so excited to get our first blue egg. I got 14 eggs today altogether. The other day I collected 16. They are so good and so fresh. I had a couple for breakfast. Just laid eggs. The ones in the stores you buy have been out of the chicken for weeks! Gross. Our yokes are orange. Store yolks are faded yellow. Its so fun looking for the eggs everyday. Five in this nest, 3 in this nest, then in the other building 8 more. It's like Easter egg hunting everyday. I love it.
I went to the in laws house today and Art was baking cookies with his granddaughter. I got there at the right time. Raisin, oatmeal and coconut cookies. I put ice cream in their freezer. Tee hee. So it was a fun day and I even got to take a nap after church. Now I watch the Academy Awards. Peace. Oh and I am feeling much better...

FINALLY WENT TO THE DOCTOR
I went to work today but after the bus ride picking up the kids, I just felt yucky. I made a DR. appt and went home. At home I went back to bed, and when I got up it was almost time for my appt. 4:00 I'm there. I have insurance so that helps. $30.00 co-pay. Yippie. She looked in all the normal places and the diagnoses are :
1. Acute Sinusitus (well at least its cute.)
2. Acute Bronchitis (another cute one)
3.Acute Otitis Media which really means an Ear infection.
three 'cute' infections.
I am now on Cephalexin 500 AGAIN .
I thank all the cute little children I work with for my fun, and a'cute' illnesses.
I also told her about my falling down the stairs Jan. 25, and she checked that. Still bruised. I love how she worded it: Right flank-right hip and flank-slight swelling.
I said I felt like a cow. She said she fell a year ago, same place on the backside and it will take months to heal. Joy.
I do want to thank Wal-Mart for their $4.00 prescriptions. What a blessing for that. It's great. $4.00!! I saved a lot.
So I am on the mend. One more kid coughs in my face and I'll scream. I will not be going to work tomorrow............KA CHOWWWW

Warm February Monday............
It is 6:54 pm. Monday night. It was 55 degrees here today. :) You just needed a jacket on. Loved it. Suppose to be warmer tomorrow. Kids had recess outside and played on jungle gyms.
I fed and watered chickens after work and I got 8 eggs today!!! That is so great. All brown. Thats the fun part. Looking for them. And giving them special extras, like oranges and avocados. They love it.
Pilgrim had to go to the Vet today. He got a tooth pulled. A baby tooth he never lost. He did fine. Plus is was cheaper than they quoted. Yay.
Bob comes home for 13 days Feb. 25. I hope it will be nice. I am feeling very unloved and very unappreciated by him. Please pray for us. I am VERY down. I guess the distance between us, is really getting to me. I do not want to be an alone, married woman. This stinks. I guess because this is Valentines week, and I will be alone......again. But I really don't feel that loving feeling I deserve on Valentine's week. I miss Valentine's Day with going out to dinner, hotels, chocolates, flowers maybe, bubble baths for two, wine, LOVE. Yes, LOVE. I miss LOVE.
But for all you people out there who have someone that LOVES you, have fun!!!!!!!!!
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY. Make it special, and love eachother. God bless you.

Sweet Time in IL.
This post is blue. Why? Cuz I'm blue I have to go home. :( I had so much fun here in IL. Brock was great. He is a little, wild, cute, funny, smart, witty, 3 year old. When I get home, I will post some pictures. I have to thank Molly and Mike for getting me out there, and Molly, for dying and cutting my hair. I love it. Shorter now. For the great talks, for the laughs, and for doing my make up that one day. OMG.
Today sister Barb dropped me off at their house and my shoes were wet, and I slipped on their downstairs, stairs and fell about 5-6 steps on my right butt side. OUCH. I feel like I was run over by a car. I also hurt my neck and my hand. Molly and Barb just started laughing. I would have too, if it were them. Oh man, am I sore now. Thank you also to Barb and Pete, for having me overnight and taking me to 'Famous Dave's', and all the laughs. Oh Barb thanks for the fun at Goodwill. I love that store!!!! We visited niece, Mandy and had fun and caught up on stuff. I did not get to see Craig, Heidi, Phil, Kathy S, and others. :( It just went too fast. It was below zero this past week. Yuck. I have to thank Rochelle and Melissa for taking care of our chickens and dogs. !!! Thanks girls. And Melissa, thanks for the ride to and from the airport. What a fun two weeks away from work. I did miss my friends and the kids. Now for the flight home.
I'll write, next week... Bye for now. Love and smiles from ....Sweet Home Chicago.

LIFE, LIVING AND BROCK AND GRAMMA
To live without secrets is a calming thing. I really don't have secrets anymore. I used to. And it ruined my life. It ate at me day and night. Who I told this to, or who I gossiped about. I don't have anything to hide anymore. Think about your life, are you hiding things from anyone? Are you lying to someone? A spouse, a friend, a parent? Do you feel good about it? Life is short. Why have regrets? Do you feel happy about your life or are you conceited and feel you are SO much better than everyone else? I will never try to impress anyone. Why? Will it get me into Heaven when I die? Nope. Does it help anyone? Nope. I want to be a better person here on earth today. I want to be loving and helpful. I just want to be worthy of God's Kingdom when I die. Plain and simple. Get the junk out of your life and really live! God has so much to offer us.
Amen
On another note, I have been having so much fun with Brock. He is one funny boy. We went to Barb and Pete's house yesterday and had a blast. My sister Joey met us there too. Barb thanks for the great lunch and also the gifts. Wow. I love the watch and journal. Brock had so much fun with his cousin Isaiah. Little buddies. The boys made candy sushi. Aunt Joey helped with this. So cute. Out of Rice Krispie treats, fruit roll ups, and red licorice. They were using real chop sticks trying to pick them up. Yes, of course I took a lot of pictures.
Brock and I went to 'Super Target', and man do I love that store. I got him three MORE DVDs. That makes 6 now I think. He loves the movie "Toy Story 2" I think it has played over 22 times while I have been here. Yikes. Something different today please..... It is 7 degrees outside today and we are staying in! Well that's the update for today in IL. I love this Boy!!!!

Revelations the Seals.......
Revelation 6 NIVPrint Listen
Revelation 5 • Chapter 6 • Revelation 7
The Seals
1I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, "Come!" 2I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.
3When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, "Come!" 4Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other. To him was given a large sword.
5When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come!" I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. 6Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, "A quart[a] of wheat for a day's wages,[b] and three quarts of barley for a day's wages,[c] and do not damage the oil and the wine!"
7When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, "Come!" 8I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.
9When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained. 10They called out in a loud voice, "How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?" 11Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and brothers who were to be killed as they had been was completed.
12I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, 13and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. 14The sky receded like a scroll, rolling up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.
15Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and every slave and every free man hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16They called to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can stand?"

Winter wonderland in Colorado
It's a week before Christmas and all through our house, not a creature was stirring, oh except me with bronchitis, tonsillitis, and and sinus infection. I went to the doctor this morning. I will be at work tomorrow. I want to be there. I have two more days then 2 weeks off. Even tho I got this stuff from the little darlings I work with. I am on meds now so I'm going.
The pictures above, I took last Wednesday morning at work. The snow was lightly crystalizing on everything and so beautiful. Then the sky so blue. I grabbed a camera and went taking pictures. I got an early Christmas gift from Bob..A new wider angle lens for my cameras. I love it. Thanks Bob. I still need to get him a few more things. Ok gonna go rest....more soon.

OH CHRISTMAS TREE, OH CHRISTMAS TREE........
Current mood: confused
Category: Life
The Christmas tree is up, and the lights are on and I started putting decorations on. Yes, we broke down and bought a REAL tree. Bob set the tree up for me. He went to bed already. I put on the lights, and decorations. I have memories when my sisters and I and mom and dad put up the tree. What great memories. Those were the days. Man I miss my childhood this time of year. Dad put up the outside lights and the big, painted wood Santa. Mom carefully checked the glass ordaments and put them up. She would hand us girls the unbreakable ones. On Christmas Eve, she would sit by the window with Joey and I and pretend to see Santa across the sky. She'd say.."There he isn't." Ha ha mom. Or, "There he goes, did you see him?" Man, I miss those days. I hope I passed on some good memories to Molly from her childhood. We, her dad and I, really taught Molly that Jesus was the real reason for Christmas. It is HIS Birthday, not just, ok how many toys can we get her. Miss those days too. Christmas is children. Where I work, we can't celebrate it. . Very stupid. Can't sing Christmas carols, Can't do any art projects that have things to do with Christmas. . It really saddens me. I miss the Christian school I used to work at. But anyway, the tree is up and it smells so nice.
Such a beautiful time of year to me yet, so many of my friends are going through very hard stuff. My friend Becky has cancer. Yucky ol cancer. She wrote me today and I cried. What the doctor's just found. It's not her first time with this crap either. Please, please pray for my friend Becky. She lives in Florida right now but her heart is here in Colorado. I hope she can move back here soon. Then my friend Ana. Last week her Grandpa that she loved so much, took his own life. AAAGGGHHH. Why? Why? Why? Please keep prayin for Ana and her family. She is hurting but trying to be strong. He left a lot of family members with unanswered questions. I love you Ana. I love you Becky. God loves you....
Well, back to the tree. Gotta get it done. Oh and keep Josh in those prayers too. He deploys to IRAQ this month.. Angels over and around him 24-7. AMEN............Love, Gail

It's ABOUT JESUS...NOT SHOPPING..
Evil Kneivel has died. Oh no. Christmas is coming. I love what Christmas stands for Jesus' Birthday, not buy everything for everybody you know. But that is what it turns out to be. I do not like this time of year. Unless I could just buy learning toys for my grandson. Yes I am bitchy. This time of year when you don't get to 'BE' with your family. They are so far away. I checked Flights to IL. Ha ha. The airlines have you in a strong hold. I don't have one decoration up this year. I priced real Christmas trees, $39.99 for a dead tree I will throw out in 4 weeks. Holiday spirit? I guess I don't have any this year. Bob is home and we went shopping, He bought "US" a set of Rachael Rays cookware. You know the non stick ones with the cool Oranges handles. It was his idea. Guess he didn't like the old ones that didn't balance on the stove. Ha.
Bob is home and it is nice, except that I can't say anything in jest. He thinks I am cutting him down . Oh brother. Calgon take me away. Bob loves his chickens. They get lots of attention. I hope they start laying more eggs. I have orders for 9 dozen by Christmas. Bob loves his hobbies. Okay, I have to get ready for church. Maybe I'll find the holiday spirit there. Peace.......

Bye for Now Dear.......................
Bob left back to MI today. I cried for about an hour. Now my eyes hurt... We had a very great talk before he left. About us, the future, jobs, love and Jesus. As he was pulling out of the drive way, his dad and step mom were driving home from New Mexico and I was so glad they all got to hug. Kisses and hugs, tears, and kleenex......Bob drove off, then I came in blew my nose, and took a nap. He just called and he is almost to Nebraska. I took this picture right before he left. He took Izzy and I have Pilgrim now. It was nice having him home to do all the chicken chores. Now I have to go out in the cold and close them up for the night. It's a full moon tonight. Very neat. Hope it guides Bob safely to MI. We had a few inches of snow while Bob was here. It was so pretty. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.......Ok, Please feel free to comment me.....Love, Gail

Photographer Gail F.
Well it is Sunday morning and I am done with the wedding. It went very well. I used both cameras. My 35mm and my digital. I believe I took over 200 pictures. Want to see one.. Ok I will add it to this blog. I love when the wedding is over and the stress is over. The bride, my friend Netta, looked so beautiful. I got to sit, when I did get to sit, with old friends from where I used to work. I worked a full 8 hours. Ok I have to go to church and greet today then go take care of the little ones in the nursery. Busy day. And Bob comes home for 5 days tomorrow. Yes. He and I will have a simple, quick Thanksgiving. Blessings!!!! Yes I got em...
Happy Thanksgiving all.

Kids,Husbands, and Giggles....................
Hi, Nothing exciting going on. Read my Myspace blog. I have been enjoying work and not enjoying work. So many sad children, out of control, and starving for attention. This is a whole different generation. Children with parents that just do not care about them. Like I have said before, I hate hearing any of the children say, " I did this at my Dad's house, and I went here, when I went to my Mom's house." YUCK! These poor scattered kids. They don't have a real HOME. We have a little boy we have to make a behavioral plan on. Oh this poor kid. He is the youngest of 4. He screams, drops to the floor, hides, cries, and is just plain defiant. But I love him so much. I feel sorry for him and what ever is making him so mad. We have two other kids in my class that are brothers. They come to school dirty, smelly, no underwear on, filthy feet because of no socks. They live in a nice place. With two bath tubs. The mom tells me "We just don't have the money for extras, like socks and shoes. " Extras? BUT.....Guess who smokes? MOM. I am sick of the excuses. We even send kids home in new socks, clothes that are clean, we buy shoes, they get lost somehow. I love these kids and my heart just is so sad for how they have to live. God just tells me..."Gail, just love them." So I do. We sing a song everyday about how special each one of them is, and we end by hugging ourselves. And I get hugs all day long. It's wonderful. Chaotic sometimes, but we keep going. I just wish parents would either get spayed and neutered, or take care of the awesome kids that God blessed them with. Love and discipline, love and more love and listening to their kids, and loving each other.
The End.
So that's my life these days. Bob is still gone, and may be for 2 more mns! They want him to stay on as a house tech. Sometimes I just wish he had a regular job here. It's been 58 days apart so far. So I say.......... Bye Thanksgiving, bye Christmas. I wanted to fly out to IL. but that doesn't seem like it will happen. :( Bob may be home for Thanksgiving. Who knows? What God has planned, will happen.
I made my co workers laugh their heads off yesterday. I showed them what I did way back in the late 80's. I auditioned for 'America's Funniest People', and I put a leg of a pantyhose over my head and pulled it up and down and up and down. Well my face was so contorted, you just had to laugh. I looked so funny. But anyone, not just me, would look funny like that. My co-worker had to pee, she was laughing so hard. It was very funny. Oh I am just the life of the party. Ha ha.
So that is all for now. I love Fall. Crispy leaves and the smell of someone who has their fireplace burning. Love it. Tomorrow I go to a Birthday party for one of the cuties in my class. It will be fun.. Until next time...Say your prayers everyday...............................................................Peace
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY LITTLE SISTER!

Last week of October......
A new day and its now 3 games to 0, Red Socks. OK, so what, The Rockies did get to the World Series. That is cool enough for me.
Other things from this last week.... I was hacked in my MySpace. That ticks me off. I would never send anyone porn or any yucky stuff. So I am sorry about that. This week at school with the kids was funny. We had to get the kids measured and weighed. After they were done , they came to me to get their shoes put on and tied. Well one of my favorite little boys sits down and I start to put his shoes on and I said, "Oh wow your feet smell GOOD." (unlike other kids..) Well this little boy says to me, "Well Miss Gail that's because I use 'BOYFUME'. I said "Oh is that like perfume? " He says,"Yep." What a cutie. I love this kid.
I cleaned out the chicken coop today. Yuck o. I wasn't attacked by the stupid rooster either. I hope the younger chickens start laying eggs soon. We do get about 6 eggs a day. Beautiful fresh, orange yokes, not faded yellow like month old store bought eggs. They are so good. I still hate lifting the hens off the eggs. I feel like I am hurting their feelings.
I am glad where I work doesn't celebrate Halloween. Instead, all the staff and kids get to wear Pajamas to school this Wednesday. That should be interesting. I just don't like what Halloween stands for. It does not honor God in anyway. It gives a pat on the back to the devil, and witches and all evil. That stinks. I do like dress up and costumes, and costume parties. Just NOT Oct. 31, and what is about. I'd like to see a day where everyone Puts God first and then realizes, Oh yeah, This is Good. This is what we should be doing everyday anyway. Celebrating God and ALL, He stands for. All living things, all people and LIFE! Amen Brother. Well, have a great, week and remember to honor God..Don't dress your kids up in evil costumes, like the devil, or witches or OJ Simpson.
P.S. I do LOVE seeing dogs wearing costumes. Especially when they can walk on two back feet. Now that cracks me up.

ANOTHER DAY......WEEK....IN TIME
Hey all. It is week 6 since Bob left for work in MI. He won't believe how big the chickens have gotten since he left. They eat so much more now. The rooster is still attacking me.
Work is going ok. We have head lice going around and other yucky scary stuff. I think Bob's work is healthier than mine. And he works in Nuclear Power Plants.
I feel I am falling apart. Not mentally, physically. I am having women issues, and weird pain in my body. Oh the other day I was laying on the floor at rest time with the kids and I had just handed out little Panda Bear stickers.. Well one of my little sweethearts, tried to put one in my ear. yes haha that is so funny. But now my ear is hurting. I hope there isn't a sticker in my ear. Then another kind little child was being funny and he punched me smack in the face. That was the second time in a week. Not the same child either. Ha ha..I love my job.
I need major teeth work done in my mouth. And I live on Ibprofens now. Getting older is no fun sometimes. But why whine when you can't change it.
I am hoping the Rockies win the World Series. That would be very cool for this state.
I have many people on my prayer list right now. Kelley, Meg who is having brain surgery, baby Forrest who just had open heart surgery, Jeremiah who fell down a flight of stairs and had to have open brain surgery, He is only 2 yrs old. , my friend Sharon who needs an MRI to see why she is blacking out, Josh who is going to IRAQ soon, Bob in MI, my own stuff, and all my family and friends. God is in Control I know this. It is all in His hands.....
We are expecting a little snow tomorrow. Oh yippie. Maybe the rooster will freeze his cock a doodle doo off. Just kidding. I will end with this....Live Life to the fullest.... Love, Gail
Peace! GO ROCKIES!

Good Times in October.....................
This has been a good week. This week at work was funny. One of our little four year olds and I were by the sidewalk doing drawings on the sidewalk, at recess. He was sitting in the chalk dust and I told him about it. Well dead serious he says..."Oh man, my Mom will be so pissed off at me for this." It was totally a surprise coming out of his mouth. I told him "No she won't, just wipe it off, no big deal." It was funny because this kid is so sweet, so smart, so perfect, it shocked me. Oh then another new boy was cuddling up next to me as we were getting ready to go on the buses. He had his head against me and all of a sudden he turns his head and bites me on the left boob. I know he didn't mean to hurt me, it just startled me. I did tell his mom about it. No big deal. I love these kiddos. They are so cute, so funny. Another little cutie on my bus route (I'm the aide on the bus) The bus driver and I like to sing Joy TO The World by Three Dog Night. Well this little boy says "Miss Gail listen to my song." Then he sings this....." Miss Gail was a bullfrog, was a good friend of mine, never understood a single word she said, but I helped her drink her Kool-Aid., Joy to the world all the boys and girls now, Joy to the fishes in the deep blue sea, Joy to you and me." Oh I loved it. Children are so wonderful and full of love and giving. I love them...
Today I got out my apple peeler and peeled a bunch of Gala apples and I baked a beautiful apple pie. I even took a picture of it. I sent the picture to Bob...Tee Hee. I also drove to Pueblo and got myself two pairs of shoes ON SALE at BIG 5. It was a good day...I took some of the pie to my In-laws and shared it with them and they shared their supper with me. A very good day indeed.....Be safe and Love God...

Hey Everyone..............
I have been doing a lot of thinking lately. About life and this journey we are on. I want some feed back on this. Isn't it true that God knew the exact day and time He would put us on this earth? He knows the exact day and time He will take us home to Heaven. It's already done in His Book. It's all worked out already. We can't beat death. We can't change anything. So why do we beat ourselves up to get ahead? Some of us are tiny, some of us are large, some of us are exercis-a- holics, some of us are fat. Some are in perfect health and still drop dead. Because God already had the plan that, that would be the time and minute HE would call us home to heaven. Right? I don't understand why HE calls children back to heaven, or young people. Or babies. Why does God want people back so soon? Why did my sister have to go back at only 47 years old? No fair! She deserved heaven more than anyone I knew, but I miss the stuffing out of her so much. Anyway, I could go on and on but I won't. I just had to get that off my chest. God Bless you all. Love, Gail
