HERE'S WHATS GOING ON.......

Happy Saturday, April 29, 2006
This weeks weather was very strange. It was windy where we live. Where I work it was in the 80's Monday, then snowed Wednesday, then rained all day Friday. No outside recess...AAAGGGHHHHHHHH. Today it is sunny and nice.
Bob is working in Minnesota now. He says they are very unorganized. Michigan was very good, he said. Everything went smooth. Not in MN. He has four weeks to go. :( Yikes. Bob will be gone for our 8th anniversary, May 10. And Mother's Day. As he was for both our Birthdays, and Valentine's Day. Bummer.
I have been keeping busy with work, meetings, going out with friends, paying bills, visiting the in laws, and playing with the dogs. My in laws are on their way up the mountain. They take care of a beautiful 100 acre ranch and lodge. I hope to get up there soon to take some scenic pictures. And maybe use my new 22. it is so relaxing up there. My father-in-law just loves it up there. Its his "place" of being away from everything.
This week at the Child center, was fun. We sang, we danced, we painted, we learned about transportation. We read books, lots of books, we shared owies, we ate snacks, and celebrated two birthdays. I have learned many different sign language signs working there. Its very neat to watch a child learn and then tell you what he or she wants. Some kids don't talk clear yet. So we teach signing. But ya know what? They all hug in the same language. :)
I got to talk to Brock two times this week. He is talking so well. Almost two years old!! I wish I could be there for his birthday, but with Bob gone I can't . The dogs. Molly tells Brock what to say and he repeats almost everything like a little Myna bird. I love it. I love to hear him say "Gramma". I love him!!!!!!!!
Oh I was sick last Monday with the flu. Oh my gosh it was so not fun. It sure makes you feel blessed when you are healthy. Pilgrim kept me company while I got better. His picture is still on the Animal Planet web site under 'Your Brag Book.' He is picture number 9.
Today my friends came over and one of them has a 2-1/2 yr old. Pilgrim and him wore eachother out! It was so fun to watch them run and fall and giggle. Well Pilgrim wasn't giggling but little Bret was. So cute. So entertaining. So thats about all. I wanna go outside and watch the sunset.... May God Bless you this coming week. Peace
